Using our ovens, Liège waffles can be produced in a variety of types and shapes. Large size Liège waffles weigh between 90 to 140g, with small ones between 45 and 55g and minis between 25 and 30g. The waffles can be produced as squares or rectangles.

Our production equipment:

Semi-automatic production line:

  • Dough pieces placed manually in TH type ovens. Waffles extracted manually or automatically.
  • From 1,300 waffles an hour.

Fully automatic production line:

  • From 3,500 waffles an hour.
Soft waffles (Flash)

Soft waffles (Flash)

Rectangular, square or round, soft waffles can weigh 40g (large waffle) or 20-25g (small waffle).

Production equipment:

Semi-automatic or automatic production line:

  • Liquid dough injector fitted to TH type oven. New extremely efficient anti-drip system
  • From 2,000 waffles an hour.
  • This type of installation can be automated using a robot, and a cooling spiral.

Fully automatic production line - TV oven:

  • From 3,500 waffles an hour.

Brussels Waffles

The legendary Brussels waffles is made to a standard shape.

Semi-automatic or automatic production lines:

  • Liquid dough injector fitted to TH type oven.
  • From 2,000 waffles an hour.

Fully automatic production line - TV oven:

  • From 3,500 waffles an hour.

Thin waffles are produced using fully automatic tunnel ovens, at the rate of 3,500 waffles an hour.

Campinoise cookies are produced at a rate from 3,500 an hour in automatic tunnel ovens.

  • Injector used with TH type ovens.
  • From 6,000 an hour

This type of installation can be automated using a robot and a cooling spiral.

  • These products are made using fully automatic tunnel type ovens.
  • From 5,000 an hour.
  • These are filled after baking.

Fruit filled waffles, these are filled before baking, can be produced in various shapes and weights:

  • Large waffle: Approximately 180 g
  • Small waffle: Approximately 100 g
  • Mini waffle: Approximately 50 g
  • As rectangles or squares
